Starting therapy can be intimidating, but I promise that healing is possible. Change, understanding and clarity are also possible. You may not be the “type” to ask for help, you maybe the “strong one”, the one that has it “all". I am here to tell you it is OK to ask for help, you don't always have to be the “strong one”, I am here for you! Engaging in therapy can support you through life's challenges and can be one of the best decisions you make for yourself and your future.

I truly believe in the therapeutic relationship and believe none of this hard, uncomfortable and oftentimes challenging work can not be done without providing a safe space, while I continue to be present with you and aware of what’s working and not working to “recalibrate” our process.
