How to guide For New clients
Step 1: Review our website & social media sites, think to yourself, does this practice seem like a good fit for me?
Step 2: Still have questions, we cover frequently asked questions here. We offer free 15-minute phone consultations, if you are interested in a consult you may book below. If you think it will be a good fit, you do not have to book a consult call, you may complete the "New Client Registration Form" below and then book. The 15-minute phone consult call is optional.
Step 3: Complete our New Client Registration Form.
After you book you will have access to our membership site

where you will find our intake forms. You may complete the forms and bring them with you to your first appointment.
