I enjoy working with individuals that “get stuck” in their journey in life and enjoy assisting them with getting “un-stuck”. Helping provide client’s with new “tools” to put in their “toolbox” and realizing that they have everything they need to be successful is why I love doing this work.

I truly believe in the therapeutic relationship and believe none of this hard, uncomfortable and oftentimes challenging work can not be done without providing a safe space, while I continue to be present with you and aware of what’s working and not working to “recalibrate” our process.

I am an Associate level Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-A) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS-A). I have worked in the human services field for over 15 years.
