A Bit About Me
I have over 12 years of experience in the field of Social Work to include individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, in-patient psychiatric hospitals to include behavioral health emergency services, and community/macro practice. I am well-versed in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Grief-Loss interventions.

I obtained my Masters in Social Work from East Carolina University with a Gerontology Certificate. On being a therapist: “Being a therapist provides you with an opportunity to invite people into a safe and often sacred space to journey with them in their time of need and struggle by being a guide to help them explore, discover, and develop – not only to cope but to thrive”.
