Role(s):

Therapist

Specialities:

Supporting clients with boundaries and self-esteem issues.

A Bit About Me

I am an Associate level Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-A). I have several years of experience working in the human services field with adults struggling with adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues.

I believe healthy boundaries are necessary for healthy relationships and mental health because it is a skill that gives individuals the ability to gain self-confidence, a positive self-concept, and assertiveness.

My goal as a therapist is to help individuals use their voice to develop a sense of self, security, and healthy positive connections with others.

I create a safe and nonjudgmental environment to help individuals begin the healing process.
