A Bit About Me
Most people can relate to facing challenges at some point in life. Whether you’re dealing with workplace stress, navigating life transitions, making lifestyle changes, or wanting to process past experiences, therapy can be a helpful space for growth and support.

I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—helping you discover your path and strengthen the skills that will support you along the way. My approach combines CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), IPT (Interpersonal Therapy), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Psychoeducation to create a personalized and approachable experience. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults with anxiety disorders, life changes, and other personal or work-related issues.

I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and my Master of Social Work from Grand Canyon University. My background includes training in addressing a range of issues, resource connection, and education. My passion for this work comes from the communities that shaped me—this is my way of giving back. These experiences and values guide me in providing compassionate, practical, and collaborative care as a Licensed Therapist.
