A Bit About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience providing psychotherapy in a variety of settings, including both inpatient and outpatient care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges and discover your path to healing.

While I enjoy working with perinatal and postpartum women, my practice is not limited to this area. I also work with a diverse range of clients who are navigating issues like depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

My greatest joy as a therapist is witnessing the immense resilience and growth in my clients. It is a true privilege to see individuals move through life's toughest transitions and challenges, ultimately finding their way toward empowerment and a more fulfilling life.
My approach to therapy is always trauma-informed. I believe that understanding your past experiences is key to finding freedom in the present. I use psychotherapeutic methods to help you gain deeper insight, cultivate self-compassion, and develop the tools you need to create positive, lasting change. I look forward to working with you.
