My mission as a therapist is to provide a long lasting, positive impact on individuals and families facing various adversities. My goal is to help establish and restore healthy relationships, thus enabling individuals to live their lives to the fullest. I have had the pleasure of helping individuals and families with various backgrounds cope with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am committed to meeting people where they are, but excited about the path to a healthy wellbeing. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, self-image issues, grief processing, and life transitions. I have an interest in working with those who struggle with self-esteem, anger management, grief, parenting, and adjusting to life changes.
I received my undergraduate from Old Dominion University, and my master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in the State of Massachusetts and my LCSW-A is in North Carolina. I have worked in a variety of settings including residential facilities, juvenile detentions, outpatient community services, inpatient behavioral health, crisis management, and social services. I want to provide an empathic, non-judgmental setting that encourages self-determination, and healthy relationships.
