A Bit About Me
I am excited to join you along your journey of self-healing and discovery! My goal as a therapist is to support you in your steps towards wellness by providing you with a welcoming and safe place to share. I work collaboratively to bring forth your strengths and empower you towards positive change. I have served diverse client populations in various settings and place culture awareness at high importance in the counseling process. I utilize an integrative approach in therapy with both cognitive behavioral and person centered techniques to help address your concerns. I look forward to working with you and providing the necessary support to help you reach your full potential.
I am an Associate level Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor(LCMHC-A) with more than 8 years of treatment experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I currently offer teletherapy for the entire state of North Carolina. I earned my Bachelor of Psychology degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my Master of Arts in School Counseling degree from North Carolina Central University.
