A Bit About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 7 years of experience across a variety of outpatient mental health settings. I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life's challenges and build the skills needed to thrive. I specialize in working with children experiencing anxiety and emotional dysregulation, helping them better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident in themselves. I also work with adolescents and young adults facing anxiety, depression, identity exploration, self-confidence concerns, and the unique challenges that come with different stages of life.

I enjoy providing clients with a space to just be - to be seen and heard through the ups and downs of life. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel understood, build resilience, and develop practical tools that promote lasting emotional well-being.
